How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Use our contact form to let us know you’d like to return an item (please include your order number).
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
